We used RPA governance at a utility company to help identifying and implementing a methodology for handling ad hoc RPA

The goal of automating processes and reducing FTE was planned to be met with an RPA capability and Centre of Excellence (CoE). As the RPA CoE did not deliver on its promised goals, Valcon was asked to examine current CoE governance to identify improvements that could help achieve these goals. automation requests.

Valcon examined the existing CoE governance, using a grounded assessment of governance also included value and benefits tracking, architecture, implementation and maintenance. Through a series of interviews and workshops with client experts and RPA team members, Valcon identified key observations and improvements.

As a result of the project, the client was able to prioritise and address issues within the CoE, including successful implementation of the enhanced approach to business engagement through programme commitments and ad hoc automation requests.
