Situation
The world’s leading provider of e-learning courses for the hospitality industry wanted to provide status and performance reports and analytics faster and more cost-efficiently for hotel employees, staff and management. The client also wanted its business to be more data-driven but lacked the reliable data platform and fast delivery of customer reports that it needed.
Results
Valcon experts used Azure Data Factory in combination with Azure Data Lake and extensive knowledge of data integration, designing and building data pipelines in order to create a state-of-the-art data lake that provides real-time performance reports in a cost-efficient way to customers, whilst also enabling the client to become a data-driven organisation.
