- Helping our clients in all industries to develop and implement strategies across the organisations
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, leveraging your network to generate new opportunities.
- Collaborate with experienced and talented colleagues who are committed to delivering measurable results for clients.
- Engage in commercial activities and lead proposal processes
- Support the development of junior colleagues, sharing your expertise and mentoring the next generation of aspiring talents
- Promoting a culture of learning and innovation
What We value
- 7+ years of professional experience, including roles as a management consultant, project manager
- A relevant master’s degree and a commitment to continuous learning.
- A collaborative, inclusive approach and a good sense of humor
- A proven history of commercial success, with strong capabilities in client generation and account management.
- An established network of C-level and V-level stakeholders and the ability to cultivate trust-based relationships.
- Outstanding project management skills, including the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a strategic and practical mindset.
