Strategy development
Valcon redefined and implemented the required operating model to accelerate the earthquake-proofing of houses in the Groningen area in The Netherlands from 250 up to 2500 houses per year. Based on an initial assessment of the current situation and the political requirements, a sound strategy has been developed how to achieve the required acceleration. This resulted in a redefined operating model, integrating two agencies, redefined processes and organisational structure, and implementation of supporting technology to enable the required levels of transparency.
