Utrecht, 06 January 2025: Valcon, a leading European digital transformation service provider specialising in data, consulting and technology, is delighted to announce the appointment of Bart Leurs as head of its technology capability. Bart, who will also join Valcon’s group board when he starts on 1 February 2025, has a wealth of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation and innovation and will play a pivotal role in driving Valcon’s technology offering as the consultancy continues to expand its European footprint.
Bart – who succeeds Paul ten Haaf who recently moved to head up Valcon’s Southeast European division – is an experienced technology leader with over 20 years’ of experience in digital and technology transformation. In his most recent role, Bart was part of the Managing Board of Rabobank, globally responsible for technology, digital transformation, data and innovation. Before Rabobank, Bart held different executive positions at ING Group and ING Direct in different countries.
At Valcon, Bart will focus on advancing the firm’s technology strategy and digital transformation services, working closely with clients to navigate complex technological challenges and help them adapt to an evolving digital landscape.
