London, 01 September 2025: Valcon, a leading European consultancy specialising in AI and data-driven business transformation, has today announced the hire of new Managing Partner of Valcon UK, Laura Casci.
Prior to Valcon, experienced industry leader, Laura was at BJSS, a large, privately owned business and technology transformation consultancy, which was acquired in February 2025. Originally responsible for opening and growing the BJSS footprint In Scotland, Laura moved into a Regional Director role for BJSS, taking responsibility for Scotland, Northeast of England, Ireland and Portugal and a team of approximately 400.
At Valcon, Laura will be responsible for implementing the Valcon Group’s vision of being a European powerhouse in data and AI led business transformation and tailoring the strategy for the UK market. Key responsibilities will include leading the team, identifying key target sectors, developing the business pipeline and ensuring the quality of delivery for customers continues to be extremely high.
Laura takes over from Marc Bervoets, who has been conducting a temporary caretaker role to oversee the UK operation since earlier this year.
