Responsibilities
- Successful project execution at the client
- Management of the delivery team
- Continuous coordination with and advice to the relevant stakeholders.
- Architecture analysis and advice for the incorporation of new solutions into the customer’s process and application landscape
- Solution Design within the frameworks and preferences of the client, thereby advising on platform/technology choices and alternatives
- Proposition development, translation of concept and technology into concrete services with added value
- Business Development – identify opportunities at the client and develop these into projects through proposals and client workshops.
- Coach colleagues on client engagement and Mentor colleagues in their career progression
Career paths

- As Principal you focus on the design & implementation of robust data solutions and extend and leverage your technical expertise throughout your career.
- As Manager you focus on the clients’ perspective and guide all stakeholders through all phases of data solution implementation.
