Situation
Our client is a Dutch governmental agency that handles large volumes of unstructured data (letters, images, chat, etc). This data contains a lot of information that is often hard and time-consuming to extract and use. Knowledge on how to gain an advantage from cutting edge emerging technologies that is able to extract value from this unstructured data is difficult to attract and retain.
Approach
A centre of excellence, built from the ground up by our consultants, including the creating of vision and mission, internal project development, knowledge sharing and transfer to internal employees, attracting and training a team of internal client employees. Starting with small projects, the CoE gradually gains momentum in the organisation, building on previous successes.
