DevOps Engineer

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for automation and collaboration?

Valcon is currently looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in building and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient data platforms, ensuring the smooth operation of data pipelines and applications

What will you do?

As a DevOps Engineer at Valcon, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining DevOps data platforms using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates. You will design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline builds, testing, and deployments for data applications, contributing to an efficient software development lifecycle.

You’ll collaborate closely with project teams to deploy and manage scalable and secure infrastructure for data platforms. Automation will be at the core of your work, ensuring reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.

Working alongside data engineers, developers, and architects, you will integrate DevOps best practices into the development lifecycle and support the infrastructure and deployments, minimizing downtime. You will also contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing, empowering teams to self-serve infrastructure and deployment solutions. As a part of an innovative team, you will stay up to date with the latest tools and technologies, driving continuous improvement.
