Valcon appoints Helen Wilder as Consulting Partner 

London, 06 October 2025: Valcon, the European consultancy specialising in AI- and data-driven business transformation, has appointed Helen Wilder as a Partner in its consulting capability.  

Helen brings extensive experience in energy, professional services, life sciences and manufacturing, where she has led large-scale transformation programmes, helping organisations deliver sustainable change and meet business outcomes. Skilled at fostering strategic client relationships, Helen is also passionate about team development and cultivating an inclusive culture. Before joining Valcon, she held senior consulting roles at Slalom and Accenture, working with clients across Europe to drive performance and unlock value. 

At Valcon, Helen will build on this track record to help organisations connect strategy to execution – bringing together people, processes, technology and data to deliver measurable outcomes. She will also collaborate closely with Valcon’s data, AI and technology teams to ensure clients realise tangible benefits from their investments.
