Valcon UK expands regional office network

London, 27 March 2026: Valcon, a leading European consultancy specialising in AI and data-driven business transformation, has today announced a significant expansion of its UK footprint with the opening of three new offices in Glasgow, Manchester and Birmingham, in addition to its established headquarters in London.

The development reflects growing client demand across the UK to harness data, AI and technology to drive productivity, innovation and long-term growth. By strengthening its regional presence, Valcon aims to provide local support to organisations outside the capital and access a broader talent pool.

While Valcon UK’s team is already nationwide, the expansion of the office network will support the company’s plans to grow from 250 people in the UK to over 1000, through a mix of organic and acquisitive growth. Valcon currently has over 1750 consultants throughout Northern Europe, with plans to expand to 5000 in the next five years.

Laura Casci, Managing Partner of Valcon UK, commented: ‘Since Valcon announced its ambition to become a European powerhouse in AI and data-driven business transformation, we have seen a lot of momentum in the UK, as organisations accelerate their investment in these areas. This demand is growing across the UK, not just in London, but in major regional hubs too. The move to strengthen our regional footprint reflects Valcon’s commitment to the UK market and our pledge to help our clients realise their transformation ambitions, supported by teams that are co-located across the UK.”

Linzi Barr, Chief Operating Officer for Valcon UK, said: “We’re delighted to announce our increased regional presence in Glasgow, Manchester and Birmingham. Expanding our office network allows us to be closer to our clients, build deeper local partnerships and crucially, enables us to tap into exceptional talent in these cities. The new offices will support client delivery and serve as regional collaboration hubs for our multidisciplinary tech, data, AI and consulting teams.”

The regional UK expansion forms part of Valcon’s broader European growth strategy and follows on from the news in November 2025 that Valcon acquired Bricobomba, a Swedish consultancy specialising in data and AI.
