London, 10 February 2026: Valcon, a leading European consultancy specialising in AI and data-driven business transformation, has today announced the appointment of Linzi Barr as UK Chief Operating Officer (UK COO), strengthening its leadership team in the UK as the firm continues its UK expansion.
Linzi joins Valcon from CGI, which had acquired BJSS, where she held senior leadership roles and built a strong track record in building and overseeing operational excellence and driving growth across complex client environments. At Valcon, Linzi will be responsible for overseeing UK operations, process improvement, scaling delivery capability and helping the management team implement Valcon’s vision of becoming a European powerhouse in AI and data-driven business transformation.
Linzi’s appointment comes at a time of increasing demand from organisations seeking practical, value-driven support to navigate AI adoption, digital transformation and operating model evolution.
