Description
In order to remain competitive in the European context, further cost reductions were required despite the continuous growth of traffic and passengers (pre-Covid). Based on the analysis, of the current maintenance operations a future state model of maintenance was developed and the implementation was supported. Elements of the future state model included: the implementation of outcome-based contracts with contractors and associated performance management model, reorganisation of the maintenance operations department, enhancement of policies, redefined processes, and implementation of the supporting BI technologies.
