What will you do?
As a Senior Data Analyst, you don’t just deliver analyses — you shape how clients think about data. You proactively identify opportunities for improvement, lead the design and implementation of KPIs and dashboards, and guide clients in making informed, data-backed decisions. You also coach and train junior analysts and help shape Valcon’s growing analytics practice.
Among your responsibilities will be the following:
- Lead data analyses and translate them into business recommendations.
- Define dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Define and implement frameworks and methods to track business outcomes in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Coach med-level and junior colleagues on best practices and analytical approaches.
- Act as a sparring partner for clients on data topics (BI, data quality, governance).
- Contribute to Valcon’s analytics and BI community.
- Help shape our standards, frameworks and best practices.
