QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test suites using various automation tools.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scripts to ensure the quality of software products and applications
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using issue tracking tools
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Developing and executing automated UI and functional tests
  • Conduct performance testing and analyze performance metrics
  • Collaborate with development and product team to identify test requirements
  • Review and analyze system specifications
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven work experience in software quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Familiar with test automation design patterns
  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, JMeter or Cypress
  • Experience with scripting and programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
