Utrecht, 13 November 2025: Valcon, a leading European consultancy specialising in AI and data-driven business transformation, has today announced the hire of Marc van Ogtrop as new Managing Partner for the Southeast Europe, succeeding Paul ten Haaf, who had been with the business for almost two decades.
Experienced industry professional, Marc has worked for over 20 years in the technology space and brings a strong track record in building client relationships and leading digital transformation programmes. Prior to Valcon, Marc was at Levi9, a leading nearshore technology services company, where he spent over six years, latterly as industry director responsible for the media, marketing and retail sector.
Marc’s key responsibilities will include leading Valcon’s operations and strategy in the SEE region and driving commercial growth through expanding the reach of Valcon’s nearshore technology services. Drawing on his extensive experience in the tech services industry, Marc will focus on building and strengthening client relationships, in addition to collaborating with teams across the regions to oversee and support digital transformation programmes for clients.
