In the Data Governance team of Valcon NL, we help our clients get their data foundation in great shape; ready and flexible to respond to the future. Driven. Fast. Together. From developing the data strategy to implementation. Including organisational, people, process, data and technology change.
Our fast-growing Data Governance team consists of a mix of data subject matter experts who, together with expertise from the wider Valcon practices, deliver successful projects for our customers.
Our projects are varied and may include:
· Assessing the data maturity of our customers.
· Establishing and communicating a data governance strategy
· Designing and implementing new operating models, structures, roles and responsibilities.
· Designing and implementing new data governance and data management processes.
· Implementing data catalog and/or data quality solutions
Alongside, we focus on learning and growth. Improving and sharing knowledge with each other, our customers and wider Data Governance communities. Your personal growth will be supported by both a long term mentor and a daily coach.
