The Role
- We’re hiring a Technology Delivery Lead / Technical Programme Manager (Technology, Data & AI) to lead the delivery of large-scale, enterprise transformation programmes.
- You’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery, from shaping solutions and defining roadmaps through to execution, governance, and successful implementation.
- You’ll work across a range of industries (including Financial Services, Public Sector, and Utilities, Transport and Retail), delivering programmes that span:
- Data platform transformation (data lakes, warehouses, pipelines – ideally using DataBricks)
- AI/ML use cases and intelligent automation
- SaaS implementations and system integrations
- Cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and can confidently operate at the intersection of technology, data, and business and is prepared to roll up their sleeves and deliver for our clients.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data and AI transformation programmes
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, data, product, business and 3 parties (near and offshore)
- Translate business challenges into structured delivery plans and technical solutions
- Drive Agile and hybrid delivery practices across multiple workstreams
- Own programme governance, risk, and stakeholder reporting at senior level
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to unblock delivery and guide technical decisions
- Ensure data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR)
- Support proposal development, scoping, and client engagement
- Contribute to capability building and best practice development within the UK team and delivering against our OKRs
