The role – Senior Mendix Technology Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Mendix consultant or lead developer who can help strengthen and support our Mendix engagements in Denmark. The role is a blend of hands-on delivery, coaching and capability building. Working closely with Danish enterprise clients and technology colleagues in Denmark, the Netherlands and Croatia, you will play a key role in client deliveries, ensuring technical quality and supporting less experienced consultants.
This role is ideal for someone who:

What you will be doing
As a Senior Mendix Technology Consultant, you will:
- Act as lead or senior consultant on Mendix projects in Denmark
- Design, build and review high-quality Mendix applications
- Contribute to technical solution design and architecture decisions
- Facilitate workshops and technical deep dives with clients
- Translate business requirements into robust Mendix solutions
- Support delivery quality, best practices and platform standards
- Coach, mentor and train new team members in Mendix
- Help shape how we work with Mendix in Denmark
- Join pre-sales activities where needed (solution shaping, feasibility)
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who:
- Has hands-on experience as a lead developer or senior consultant on Mendix projects
- Is comfortable working directly with enterprise clients
- Can balance hands-on development with guidance and mentoring
- Understands governance, architecture and scaling considerations
- Is pragmatic, communicative and delivery-focused
Years of experience matter less than credibility, confidence and proven delivery
