The Role:

This recognition reflects our certified capability, proven delivery track record and growing European footprint. As a Gold Partner, we are scaling our collaboration with Databricks across consulting, engineering and innovation programmes to help clients modernise their data estates and scale AI adoption.

We are now investing further in dedicated Databricks Associate Partner in the UK.

As Databricks Associate Partner, you will own and grow Databricks-led revenue for Valcon in the UK.

This is a sales-focused role with clear revenue accountability. You will lead joint pipeline development, open new accounts, support existing client growth and strengthen our go-to-market alignment with Databricks.

You will act as Valcon’s primary commercial interface into Databricks in the UK market.

Key responsibilities:

Own Databricks revenue:

  • Take accountability for Databricks-sourced and influenced revenue
  • Build, manage and convert a strong pipeline
  • Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Lead proposals, commercials and contract negotiations

Drive new business:

  • Identify and target new enterprise accounts
  • Create and progress Databricks-led opportunities
  • Lead early-stage sales conversations through to close
  • Build a strong new logo portfolio

Strengthen the alliance:

  • Act as the main contact for Databricks field and partner teams
  • Build deep relationships with Databricks AEs and partner leaders
  • Develop joint account plans and co-sell motions
  • Increase Valcon visibility across Databricks GTM teams

Support account growth:

  • Work with Valcon Partners to spot and shape Databricks opportunities
  • Position the Databricks Lakehouse Platform within transformation programmes
  • Align data, AI and cloud propositions to client priorities

Enable internal teams:

  • Enable Sales and Delivery teams on Databricks value propositions
  • Contribute to joint campaigns, events and thought leadership
  • Provide market feedback to refine our Databricks strategy

Experience

  • Proven track record selling Databricks services or solutions
  • Experience selling data platforms, analytics or AI solutions
  • Experience working in co-sell models with technology partners
  • Strong enterprise sales background with new business focus
  • Hunter mentality with clear commercial drive
  • Comfortable owning a revenue number
  • Strong relationship builder across sales and technical teams
  • Confident operating at C-level
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline and performance management
