Utrecht, 2 September 2026: Valcon, a leading European consultancy specialising in AI and data-driven business transformation, has appointed Dirk Schuite as Managing Partner of the Netherlands, further strengthening its leadership as it accelerates its growth across the Dutch market.
Dirk – who will join Valcon’s senior leadership team – brings more than 30 years’ experience in the consulting and technology industry, including more than 26 years at IBM, where he held a range of senior positions in client leadership, practice leadership and general management. He joins Valcon from DXC Technology and brings extensive experience in helping organisations navigate complex business and technology transformation, with particular expertise in the consumer sector. His experience gives him a strong understanding of the challenges facing businesses as they respond to evolving customer expectations, digitalisation and the rapid emergence of AI.
In his new role, Dirk will lead Valcon’s Netherlands business, working closely with clients and colleagues across the business to accelerate growth and further strengthen the firm’s position in the Dutch market. His appointment comes at an important stage in Valcon’s growth journey as the company continues to build its position as a European powerhouse for AI and data-driven business transformation.
