Copenhagen, 30 June 2026: Valcon, a leading European consultancy specialising in AI and data-driven business transformation, has appointed Robert Stembridge as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Valcon Denmark, further strengthening its leadership team as the consultancy continues to support clients in delivering complex transformation programmes across strategy, technology, data and operations.
In his new role, Rob will be responsible for driving operational and delivery excellence across the Danish business, supporting the firm’s continued growth and ensuring Valcon remains well positioned to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients. He will work closely with the Danish leadership team to enhance operational effectiveness, support talent development and help scale the business sustainably.
A highly experienced consulting and operations professional, Rob has 30 years’ experience in leading teams and organisations – including two decades at Accenture – before coming to Valcon. Throughout his career, he has worked with organisations to improve performance, optimise operations and deliver large-scale change initiatives, combining strategic thinking with a strong focus on execution.
