In this role, you will…
- Play an important role in ensuring consistent, high‑quality communication and branding across internal and external touchpoints, working closely with colleagues across Denmark and the wider Valcon Group
- Maintain and develop marketing and communication platforms (e.g. Templafy, SharePoint sites, website and Viva Engage), ensuring content is up to date, well-structured and aligned with Valcon’s brand
- Help colleagues to create, update and refine internal and client-facing PowerPoint presentations, including on-brand layout optimisation and consistent (and grammatically correct) messaging
- Coordinate and execute communication activities related to events, including managing invitations, registrations and stakeholder communication as well as updating event pages
- Plan, draft and publish content, including blog posts for valcon.com and social media posts on LinkedIn and Instagram with input from subject matter experts across the business
- Refine, proofread and translate written content for client-facing and internal communication in English and Danish
- Support internal communication and onboarding activities, such as facilitating onboarding training sessions in PowerPoint and helping colleagues navigate platforms and templates
- Act as a go‑to person for branding, PowerPoint and templates, supporting colleagues in producing consistent, high-quality material
We are looking for someone with…
- A degree within marketing, communication or a related field
- Professional experience working with branding, communication and digital platforms (e.g. MS Office, SharePoint, Templafy, WordPress and LinkedIn)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English
- Structured and detail‑oriented, with a strong sense of quality
- Proactive, reliable and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
- A positive and collaborative approach to working with others
- A good sense of humour

Important
The position is a temporary maternity cover, expected to run for approximately one year from October 2026. We aim for a start date in October to ensure a proper handover before maternity leave begins mid-November.
