What you will be doing
As a Graduate Technology Consultant, you will:
- Work alongside experienced consultants on client projects
- Learn how to analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Help translate business needs into simple, user-friendly digital solutions
- Build MVPs and prototypes using low-code and automation tools after training and onboarding
- Use prototypes as a way to get feedback from users and stakeholders
- Participate in client meetings and gradually take ownership of smaller tasks
- Learn new platforms and technologies quickly and apply them in practice
- Over time, grow into a broader consulting role that blends business understanding and technical delivery
Who we are looking for
We are looking for graduates who:
- Have recently completed (or are about to complete) a master’s degree in
business, IT, digital business, data science, information systems, engineering or similar - Are genuinely curious about how technology can solve real business problems
- Enjoy building things and learning by experimenting
- Are comfortable asking questions and challenging assumptions
- Can work in a structured way and finish what they start
- Are motivated to grow into a hands-on consulting role
You do not need prior consulting experience; we will teach you that. You do need curiosity, ownership and willingness to learn fast.
Hands-on technical interest
You are not expected to be an expert, but you must be comfortable with technology.
We are especially interested if you have experience or interest in:
- Low-code and process automation (core): Mendix or Microsoft Power Platform, workflow concepts, BPMN and process automation patterns (experience in one platform is a plus; willingness to learn others essential. No prior Mendix experience required – must be ready to learn and use it quickly at clients)
- AI-assisted development (plus): Experience using AI tools to accelerate development (e.g. AI-assisted coding, prototyping and configuration); ability to review, validate and improve AI-generated code or configurations
- Supporting development experience: Front-end (JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, HTML/CSS), back-end (Java, C#, Python, Node.js, REST APIs), data and integration (SQL, API-based integration patterns)
