We have asked some of our leadership team about their favourite value and what it means to them. Below you can read what they said.

“My favourite core value is TOGETHER. Since stepping into my role as managing partner of Valcon in the Netherlands at the beginning of last year, I really feel and recognize this core value in everything that we do. We co-create solutions together with our clients, by working in high-performing teams built on diversity, respect and trust. We are united in our drive to bring the best to our clients. And I see the same passion when working together to make Valcon a wonderful place for our colleagues to work, learn, grow and have fun at the same time.”, Bianca said.

“My favourite Valcon core value is INTEGRITY. Integrity is, without doubt, my favourite value. It’s the compass that guides what I do at Valcon and in my personal life. “My favourite value is CURIOUS. As a consultant, curiosity is key. It’s about understanding our clients’ business needs and challenges, staying ahead by constantly exploring the latest trends and developments in technology and data. You’re never too old to learn – embracing change, especially in today’s fast-paced world, is more important than ever. In my new role, curiosity is my compass as I dive into new cultures and regions. I’m eager to learn what drives our talented colleagues in Croatia and Serbia and how we can make Valcon Southeast Europe an even better place to work. I’m also excited to explore with our clients, prospects and teams how we can better deliver our services to the Southeast European market. To me, curiosity is an essential driving force, and if I ever lose my curiosity, it’s a sign to make a change. But after 18 years with Valcon, I can confidently say I’m still as curious as ever.”, Paul said.

“My favourite Valcon core value is JOY. But all our core values are very close to my heart, so I found it quite difficult to choose. However, if I must choose one, I will go for ‘Joy’. This is also the value I always mention first when speaking with people. The reason is that I think life is too short not to do things you like, both in your private life and in your work life. So, I believe in a happy and positive work environment where you have fun with your colleagues and with the clients. I also truly believe that when you are passionate and happy about your work and have fun in what you do, you’re better at it. For myself, I can definitely say that I tremendously enjoy my role at Valcon every day, including all the challenges it brings.”, Geert said.
