Situation
After the merger of the two banks, Valcon was involved with setting up a new Appian Cloud installation.
Approach
We set all four environments up, integrated them into the existing IT landscape and added the supporting applications within the set time frame for the project. This project involved communicating with the stakeholders as well as being in regular contact with Appian.
Results
This enabled the customer to proceed as planned with migrating the key applications in follow-up projects.
