Situation
A global operating Dutch bank struggled with data quality and reporting issues due to fragmented systems and processes and a lack of impact data governance.
Approach
After analyzing the issues in current processes and translating the bank’s requirements into concrete user stories, we screened the market for a suitable application. Because of our agile way of working, we kept the end-user constantly involved during the development. Finally, we organized refinement sessions and demos to tailor the application to the bank’s needs.
Results
The Dutch bank now benefits from an application built in the low code platform Mendix that meets its requirements for capturing and monitoring its Impact and ESG performance, and all Impact and ESG processes are aligned and coordinated throughout the organization.
