As an Appian Developer/Consultant you will combine the role of an IT consultant with that of an application developer. You will use your technical expertise, platform knowledge and development experience to implement and manage high-quality IT solutions, such as mobile apps, business applications and workflow systems, in a multidisciplinary project or within a DevOps team. 

  • Designing, developing and testing innovative Appian solutions in an agile way
  • Coordinate with clients and end users regarding specifications, design and end product
  • Test new functionalities, validate with end users and improve implementation.
  • Perform DevOps activities for clients
  • Training and guiding junior developers in working with and applying one or more development platforms

Experience

  • Completed technical university or higher professional education
  • Strong team spirit with good communication and analytical skills
  • Few years of experience working as an Appian developer or consultant
  • Experience with Model-driven software engineering, Rapid Application Development is an advantage
  • Experience with Agile / SCRUM or DevOps is an advantage
  • Experience with Application, information or integration architecture is an advantage
  • Certification in Appian associate developer, senior developer or lead Developer is nice to have
  • Team player with excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Fluent in English
