Situation
The client’s old core banking system (ICBS) was due for replacement and the client has opted for a completely new and tailor-made system, Profile 7.
Results
In this extensive programme, we helped the client supervise the migration from ICBS to Profile 7. Renewing the core banking system did not stand on its own. All surrounding systems had to reconnect to the newly implemented core banking system. The migration was carried out with a ‘big bang’ in one weekend, during which all customers, contracts, intermediaries, financial and other relevant information were migrated.
