What we can offer
At Valcon, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and supported. Our career model provides clear roles and expectations, supported by a fair and transparent process for all. You will join an international work environment with an informal culture and a flat hierarchy that encourages both personal and professional growth. Here, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues across business areas and levels.
We also offer enhanced benefits and support across different life stages, including parental and adoption leave, health and wellbeing initiatives, and resources for navigating significant life transitions. Our culture is shaped by our core values — Integrity, Together, Joy, Curious and Can Do — which guide how we work and grow together. We regularly come together for social events and activities such as yoga, wine tasting, knitting nights, padel tennis, Friday bars and seasonal parties. Our hub, “The Hive,” is a welcoming office in the heart of Copenhagen at Meldahlsgade 5, where homemade breakfast and lunch are served every day.
