Senior Analytics Engineer

Do you want to make an impact with data and help others grow?

At Valcon, we are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer who is not only technically strong but also enjoys growing to a higher level together with the team.

Data & AI Strategy: The “European Powerhouse”

In 2025, Valcon sharpened its focus to become a European powerhouse in AI and data-driven business transformation. Unlike traditional firms that treat data as a byproduct, Valcon places it at the center of every client engagement.

What will you do?

In this role, you will work on designing and building smart analytics solutions. You will be given the space to supervise projects from start to finish, from translating business needs to delivering the analytics solution.

  • Build together: You develop analytics data models, pipelines, and CI/CD frameworks to deploy scalable analytics solutions for our clients. You do this by following industry best practices and principles like dimensional modelling, medallion architecture, and performance optimization.

  • Innovate and improve: You provide scalable solutions for complex analytics requirements and large volumes of data. With your experience, you apply modern analytics engineering principles and DevOps practices to make work easier and better. In addition, you take the lead in exploring new tools and techniques in the analytics space.

  • Mentorship: You like to share your knowledge. You guide junior colleagues in their development and contribute to a culture in which we learn from each other.

What do we offer you

We believe top experts need space. Space to innovate, but also space for a private life.

  • Personal growth: A tailor-made growth path with training, certifications, and mentoring.

  • Balance: A workplace that respects your work-life balance. Think of flexibility, such as the possibility of a sabbatical or extending your vacation days.

  • Appreciation: A permanent contract after six months, a good salary, bonuses, and an expense allowance.

  • Mobility: A mobility budget or a lease car.

  • Health and fun: An affordable sports subscription (Urban Sports Club) and a lively community with fun events.

Who are you?

You are someone who likes to take initiative and can clearly translate complex issues into practice. In addition, we would like to see the following experience (see black section column >>)
