What will you do?
As Management Assistant, you will support multiple senior stakeholders within Valcon. You will play an important role in keeping their day-to-day activities organised, enabling them to focus on their clients, teams and the continued development of the business.
A key part of your role is complex calendar management. You will coordinate appointments, manage competing priorities and ensure internal and external meetings are scheduled effectively. This requires more than simply finding an available time slot: you understand priorities, anticipate potential conflicts and are confident making decisions when needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating complex calendars;
- Scheduling and organising board, management and other internal and external meetings;
- Preparing and coordinating meetings and appointments;
- Providing administrative and organisational support;
- Monitoring actions, appointments and deadlines;
- Liaising with colleagues, clients and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
You will be given a high level of trust and responsibility. We are therefore looking for someone who takes ownership, acts independently and thinks ahead rather than waiting for instructions.
What do we offer you?
- Personal development: a tailor-made growth path with training, courses, certification and mentoring by experienced colleagues.
- An innovative work environment: collaborate with a team of experts pushing boundaries in data, technology, and consulting.
- Immediate impact and responsibility: you’ll make a difference for our clients from day one and are entrusted with responsibilities that challenge you to bring the best out of yourself.
- Inspiring work culture: a supportive, flexible, and no-nonsense environment that fosters your growth and fully allows you to be yourself.
Additionally, we offer:
- Competitive employment benefits, including bonuses and expense allowance.
- A company car or mobility budget.
- A workplace that prioritizes and respects your work-life balance (for example by offering you the option of taking a sabbatical or expand the amount of holidays per year).
- An affordable sports membership that allows you to participate in 50 different sports offered by over 10,000 partners.
- The opportunity to work remotely from abroad for 10 days per year.
- A vibrant community that organizes both professional and social events.
What do you bring to the table?
You are an experienced support professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable dealing with different stakeholders and personalities and know when to be flexible and when to take control.
You are service-oriented without being reactive. If a calendar could be organised more efficiently, you notice it and take action. When priorities suddenly change, you remain calm and quickly find a practical solution.
Why join Valcon?
This is not a role where you simply manage calendars and schedule meetings. You will have the opportunity to take real ownership of the support you provide to senior stakeholders.
Valcon’s dynamic consulting environment requires you to understand priorities, anticipate what is coming next and act independently. You will work close to the business and interact with a wide variety of people, both internally and externally.
This makes the role particularly suited to someone who enjoys enabling others to perform at their best while taking ownership of their own responsibilities.
