Your role
As a Delivery Management Consultant, you will help build strong client relationships, support meaningful transformation, and create lasting value. You will contribute to commercial activities, develop leads and sales opportunities, and lead client engagements to successful delivery. Together with clients and cross-functional teams, you will facilitate workshops, shape strategies, and provide advisory support across digital transformation, agile delivery, and programme and portfolio management. You will also mentor junior colleagues and support their professional growth.

We are looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset, proven project and stakeholder management experience, and the ability to work confidently with executive-level stakeholders. You communicate with clarity and warmth, bring people together around shared goals, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Strong critical thinking, sound decision-making, and a can-do mindset are important in the role.
Tools & Methodologies
You are comfortable with consultancy tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with programme and portfolio management frameworks such as SAFe, PRINCE2, IPMA, or PMI. Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Miro, Mural, Celonis, or Signavio, as well as agile roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or RTE, is also valuable.
Experience
You bring 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, strategy execution, programme or project management, PMO, business development, business analysis, or agile delivery roles. You have delivered large-scale transformation programmes or projects and contributed to commercial results. Consultancy experience is a plus.
Language Requirements
Fluency in English is required.
