To thrive in this role, you have demonstrated experience in these three competence areas:
- Commercial growth: Build strong client relationships, identify opportunities and contribute to the growth of existing and new client engagements through trusted advisory and business development activities
- Client engagement: Lead complex supply chain and operational improvement transformations from problem definition and solution design through implementation and value realization.
- Capability development: Help strengthen Supply Chain & Operations offerings, methodologies and market presence while leveraging AI, data and technology as key enablers of transformation
In addition, you should embody these skills:
- Supply Chain & Operations expertise: Deep experience within one or more areas such as Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, Logistics/Distribution, Procurement, Operational Excellence and Supply Chain Transformation
- People leadership: Build strong relationships, inspire teams and create an environment where people feel empowered, supported and motivated to perform
- Commercial and consulting acumen: Combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic delivery mindset and a strong understanding of how to create value for clients and grow trusted partnerships
- Digital mindset: Experience working with data, digital solutions and technology, or a strong curiosity about how these can enable better supply chain performance and business transformation
- Education: Relevant Master’s degree, fluent in English both written and spoken, Danish is a plus
