Situation
A financial services provider switched to new application to facilitate a partnership with a pension provider and enhance its pension sales process. However, there were many coding issues. Customer data was uploaded manually via Excel, making it labor-intensive and error prone.
Approach
We first analysed all coding issues and the desired expansion in pension products. We then helped relocate our client’s core administration system to the modern mainframe of its pension partner and secured a smooth transfer of the administration of its pension products. Finally, we automated data loading into the application.
Results
With our help on renewing the application, the client now operates a sustainable process that orchestrates the entire pension sales lifecycle, from initial offer to starting the pension. By including business users in the changes, the operation now runs smoothly.
