Duties & Responsibilities

Design, configure, develop, and implement business applications and digital solutions using relevant low-code platforms, CRM systems, or business process management tools.

Design and implement AI-powered features (e.g. AI agents) and process automation, using the AI capabilities built into low-code platforms or external AI services.

Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions in collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Participate in solution design, process modelling, application development, and system integrations, depending on the project requirements.

Leverage various AI tools to speed up all delivery phases.

Develop, test, and validate new functionalities, as well as maintain and improve existing solutions.

Identify opportunities to improve business processes, application functionality, and overall solution quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, ensuring effective communication and reliable delivery.

Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.

Continuously develop technical and consulting skills, keeping up to date with relevant technologies, tools, and best practices.
