Within our HR team, you’ll join a young, ambitious and friendly group of colleagues. You’ll work closely with several experienced HR professionals who can teach you a lot and will actively support you throughout your internship. And of course, you’ll also be part of our lunches, drinks, team outings and company events.
What will you do?
During your internship, you’ll fully participate in the day-to-day work of our HR team. Depending on your interests and learning goals, you’ll have the opportunity to gain experience across different areas of HR.
For example, you will:
- Support the team with day-to-day HR activities;
- Contribute to HR processes and administration;
- Support the onboarding of new colleagues;
- Help answer HR-related questions from colleagues;
- Contribute ideas for improving HR processes;
- Support a variety of HR projects.
No two days are the same, and it’s exactly this variety that will allow you to learn a lot during your internship.
You don’t need to know everything yet. What matters most to us is that you’re curious, take initiative and are eager to learn.
