Working alongside clients, architects, engineers, data specialists and delivery teams, you’ll help define use cases, shape requirements, design AI-enabled experiences, improve output quality and support adoption into live enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with client stakeholders to understand business challenges, strategic objectives and opportunities for AI-enabled transformation.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery activities and design sessions to identify, assess and prioritise AI use cases based on business value, feasibility and organisational readiness.
- Translate complex business requirements into structured user stories, solution designs, delivery backlogs and implementation roadmaps.
- Advise clients on emerging AI technologies, industry trends and practical adoption approaches, helping them make informed decisions and avoid common pitfalls.
- Design AI-enabled solutions using modern approaches including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), workflow automation, agentic patterns, knowledge retrieval and AI-assisted user experiences.
- Apply context engineering, prompt-as-code and evaluation-led development practices to improve the accuracy, reliability, performance and maintainability of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, data specialists and delivery teams to ensure solutions are robust, commercially viable and aligned to client objectives.
- Analyse business processes and operating models to identify opportunities for automation, augmentation and productivity improvement through AI technologies.
- Define and monitor success criteria, evaluation frameworks and performance metrics to ensure AI solutions deliver measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Support clients in establishing appropriate governance, risk management and responsible AI controls, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant and trustworthy.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across business and technology functions, acting as a credible advisor throughout the lifecycle of an engagement.
- Contribute to Valcon’s advisory practice through proposition development, thought leadership, business development activities and the sharing of best practice.
- Support proposal development and innovation initiatives, helping shape new opportunities across technology, data and AI transformation engagements.
