You will be
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will work across the full ML lifecycle – from experimentation to deployment and continuous improvement. You will, among other things, work with:
- Developing machine learning models using Python, NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn
- Modeling structured data using tree-based algorithms
- Performing advanced feature engineering
- Applying statistics, hypothesis testing, and probability theory to validate results
- Working with optimization algorithms to improve model performance
- Testing, verifying, and ensuring the robustness of ML models
- Operationalizing machine learning solutions in production environments
- Building and maintaining ML pipelines, including model versioning and experiment tracking
- Implementing CI/CD for machine learning and automated retraining workflows
- Making models production-ready and accessible through APIs
- Working with Azure Machine Learning Studio
- Developing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models
- Designing strategies for chunking and embeddings
- Working with vector databases
- Using Git for version control and collaboration
Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to building scalable and maintainable ML solutions that fit business needs and create long‑term value.
What we are looking for
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn
- Solid experience in modeling structured data, particularly with tree-based algorithms
- Strong knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing, and probability theory
- Experience with ML operationalization, pipelines, CI/CD, and automated retraining
- Experience working with Azure Machine Learning Studio
- Knowledge of RAG models, embeddings, chunking strategies, and vector databases
- Experience with model versioning, experiment tracking, and API-based deployments
- Strong skills in testing and validating machine learning models
- Experience using Git
