  • Define requirements, RFP and RFQ’s, perform market research and conduct due diligence to guide the client in its search for the best IT solutions and implementation partner(s).
  • Manage projects, including daily client engagement, project planning, and execution, while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
  • Guide our customers in their decision process on buy vs build strategies and vendor / partner selection.
  • You are able to shape, prepare and lead workshops with clients.
  • Prepare fact-based reports with a compelling storyline, including board-level reporting.
  • Manage and daily coaching (senior) consultants, providing guidance, support, and feedback on their work and professional development.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional IT project teams, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines.
