What will you do?
As a (senior) manager IT Strategy, you will be at the forefront of guiding organizations through significant IT changes and digital advancements. Your role will involve collaborating with C-level executives and IT leaders to develop and implement transformative IT strategies. Drawing on your extensive experience, you will lead and mentor teams, driving successful IT strategy initiatives that enhance efficiency, agility, and innovation within the customer’s organization.
Among your tasks will be the following:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and IT requirements. Develop comprehensive IT strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and objectives.
- Conduct thorough IT (Cloud) strategy assessments of the client’s existing IT organization. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement to form the basis for their new IT strategy roadmap.
- Lead clients through digital transformation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies and innovative solutions to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
- Ensure that IT strategy initiatives align with industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Defining Cloud Transformation strategies
- Develop and implement change management plans to facilitate a smooth transition during IT strategy implementation. Provide guidance to stakeholders on adopting new processes and technologies.
- Recommend and oversee the integration of new technologies and systems to optimize the IT operating model and enhance overall business performance.
- Identify potential risks and impediments associated with IT strategy projects. Develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success and security.
- Manage and daily coaching (senior) consultants, providing guidance, support, and feedback on their work and professional development.
- Lead and manage cross-functional IT project teams, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of IT strategy initiatives. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, promoting ongoing innovation and optimization of IT processes.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a reliable advisor throughout the IT transformation journey.
