We are looking for Consultants with the following skill sets:

Previous experience implementing and managing PMO’s on large scale Change/Transformation Programmes
-
Run the Business/Operational Finance Systems
-
Previous experience working within an Agile environment
-
Ideally degree level, within a technology or business discipline
-
A commitment to continue to develop both personally and professionally
-
Relevant professional qualifications based on domain area expertise – Prince2, PMP, Agile etc.
And a demonstrated track record of:

Designing, implementing, rescuing or operating world class PMOs in large scale programme and portfolio environments

Experience of running, planning and overseeing all aspects of a project, and meet the project’s goals on time and within budget

Assisting in the development and provide ongoing maintenance of the high level and detailed project plans.

Organising people, tasks and resources to bring about successful conclusions.

Adherence to project change control processes and templates

Driving implementation of best practice in risk policies and governance frameworks

Experience of having effectively managed dependencies in major projects and programmes

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem solving and analytical skills
