Your role
As a Delivery Management Consultant, you will:
- Drive commercial activities securing building up pipeline of leads and sales opportunities
- Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring successful delivery of projects and programs.
- Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with clients to define and execute strategies.
- Provide advisory on digital transformation, agile delivery, and program/portfolio management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional value creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that align with client objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on, pragmatic execution to drive results.

- Strong critical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
Tools & Methodologies
- Proficiency in general consultancy tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with program and portfolio management frameworks (e.g., SAFe, PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI).
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Miro, or Mural.
- Familiarity with process mining tools like Celonis and Signavio.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and roles (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, RTE).
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in roles such as:
- Digital Transformation and Strategy Execution
- Program/Project Management or PMO roles
- Business Development or Business Analysis
- Agile roles (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, Product Manager, RTE)
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale transformation programs or projects.
- Proven contribution of commercial results
- Experience working in consultancy is a plus.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English is required.
