What will you do?
As a Senior Consultant Business Process, you are the link between strategy and operation. You help the client with improvements in their business processes, you are responsible for the project; you supervise the employees on your project, and you build an excellent relationship with the client. You ensure and guarantee the result, where the acceptance of the clients’ employees is key. In addition, you contribute to the growth of Valcon.
Among your responsibilities will be the following:
- Managing organizational processes, from the implementation of new technologies and new business models to the optimization of processes.
- Creating transparency in operational processes and the organisation and designing operational processes, for example through workshops.
- Optimizig (customer)processes, including the implementation and acceptance within the organisation.
- Managing stakeholders from entire organisations.
- Managing and guiding consultants during projects and in their personal development.
