Associate Partner within our Technology advisory capability
Helen has extensive experience in large-scale digital transformations within traditional industries. She has helped multiple teams define customer-centric product visions and broad digital roadmaps. Helen is a highly experienced and skilled facilitator and brings collaborative and positive energy to all her activities. Helen’s expertise lies in being a translator between business owners and technology experts and in building partnerships across functions
Helen has a BEc in Economic History & Management from the University of South Wales. She has previous work experience from Novozymes and Maersk.
Morten Just Blangsted
Partner within our Operations advisory capability
Morten has more than 20 years of managerial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, hereof 6 years as a managing director. Morten has been working in the supply chain of the industry, from creating processes for new ERP systems to production and maintenance of the equipment.
Morten has an MBA in Business Administration. He has previous work experience from Novo Nordisk, H. Lundbeck, Unikem, Fagron, Philips Medical Systems and Rambøll.

Katrine Kirk-Jensen
Senior Consultant within our Commercial Operations capability
Katrine has a strong background in commercial strategy in the fast-moving consumer goods and pension/insurance sectors. She has extensive senior stakeholder management and project management experience and excellent facilitation and public speaking skills. With an extremely positive attitude, Katrine easily integrates into diverse teams and drives change and development.
Katrine has an MSc in International Marketing and Management. She has previous work experience from PFA Pension, Mars Inc. and The Danish Refugee Council.
Richard Thorsen
Partner within our Finance and Performance Management capability
Richard has over 25 years of experience working with major large and mid-sized companies across different industries and geographies. A key driver for his work is a profound interest in ensuring that the finance community brings value to the entire organisation by effectively and efficiently supporting decision-making.
Richard has an MSc in Finance & Performance Management. He has previous work experience from EY, KPMG and ABB.

Marc Rener Nyeland

Marc has managerial experience in both operations management and organising IT development. Marc has an agile mindset with a focus on overview and transparency while ensuring a clear prioritisation of both general projects and IT deliveries. Marc bridges IT and business to ensure maximum value creation.
Marc has an MSc in Management of Innovation & Business Development. He has previous work experience from CBIT A/S, Inco Denmark, Copenhagen Apps and Nonoba.
