As a Project Manager, you’ll be tasked with nurturing high-performing teams and helping them develop state-of-the-art software platforms from the ground up. Agile team servant leadership and client collaboration will be your main focus, as well as making sure that the product is on track and on point. Duties & Responsibilities  

  • Understanding product vision and development goals and relaying them to the development team
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
  • Keeping the customers and stakeholders continuously in sync and well informed on time
  • Developing and growing client relationships by acting as a single point of contact and resolving any client issues that arise
  • Direct and motivate project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Proactive participation in defining best practices, policies,  tools and partnership toward project opportunities’ improvements and expansion
  • Having knowledge of basic product management practices and business analytics, for the purpose of achieving a synergistic effect and market integration of products and services
  • Creating and growing an agile culture within the team (and in the company) 

Experience

  • Education in the field of project management, information technology, economy or related areas
  • Experience of the whole project life cycle encompassing both technology and business change projects with multiple methodologies including waterfall, hybrid and agile
  • Experience leading, motivating and managing various project team sizes, including internal and external resources
  • Skilled in budgeting and resource allocation
  • Well versed in Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Trello)
  • Having a certificate (PMI-PMP/PMI-ACP or a similar) is a plus
  • ​​​​​​​Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, written and oral
