The Role:
Sales

Business Development – identify opportunities at the client and develop these into projects through proposals and client workshops.

Proposition development – translation of concept and technology into concrete services with added value

Communicate effectively with clients to explain data concepts, solutions and benefits
Strategy

Guide clients through related organisational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimised disruptions.

Work with leading AI technology partners and solutions to help clients find the best approach for their needs.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and addressing their concerns or challenges.

Collaborate with Valcon Global leadership to define strategy and market positioning
Solution Delivery

Can initiate and steer discussions around the responsible use of data and technology

Can shape, prepare, and lead workshops with clients

Acts as design authority for new developments

Solution Design within the frameworks and preferences of the client, thereby advising on platform/technology choices and alternatives
Capability Development
-
Coach colleagues on client engagement and mentor colleagues in their career progression
-
Act as an internal and external evangelist for AI at Valcon UK driving new and interesting initiatives
-
Support the internal UK teams with finding new and innovative uses of AI in their day to day working
