What will you be doing?

Acting as a main point of contact for HR-related inquiries for all our employees and team leads;

Responding to, and processing of, all incoming email in our HR-mailbox;

Handling and processing incoming calls and messages regarding all types of leave and sickness;

Processing new hires: think about on-boarding documentation, creation of files, systems set-up, and coordination of onboarding;

End-to-end monitoring of the employee lifecycle;

Providing support to employees for the enrollment and processing of benefits and the payroll process, ensuring monthly data is accurate and provided on time;
- Maintaining our employee data, to ensure a high degree of accuracy and timeliness in processing all team member changes and new joiners;
- Thinking of professionalizing and optimizing our HR initiatives and processes – being proactive and initiating new ideas is highly valued.
