Operating model transformation

The significant increase in production capacity became of the essence given the continuous economic growth in the country, the ageing of the grid, and the increasing demands of the energy transition. The programme has three distinct building blocks: a transition to a different way of sourcing contractors, increasing the internal capacity and working more smartly and efficiently. For this, the operating model and organisation structures have been modified, and opportunities for redefining processes in combination with the application of digital technologies have been identified.
