What you’ll do
As our Nordic Recruitment Lead, you will:
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across Denmark and Sweden – from defining role needs to sourcing, communicating with and hiring top talent
- Deliver a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
- Partner closely with hiring managers, capability leads and business leaders to understand hiring needs and build effective recruitment plans
- Collaborate with the Valcon Group HR team to co-develop and elevate the Nordic talent acquisition strategy – ensuring consistency, quality and scalability across markets
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for key roles and capabilities
- Use data and insights to monitor recruitment performance and drive improvements
- Support employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Marketing & Communications
- Contribute to the continuous development of talent acquisition tools, processes and best practices within People & Culture
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a confident, proactive professional who combines operational excellence with strategic thinking. Someone who is people-focused, data-aware and driven by results. Other than that, we imagine that you have:
- A relevant degree and 6+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably in consulting, professional services or other fast-paced environments
- Experience with profiles such as management consultants, various types of data experts and tech-savvy profiles
- A solid track record of managing full-cycle recruitment and working closely with senior stakeholders
- Experience supporting or contributing to recruitment strategy, employer branding and process improvement
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach to your work
- Fluency in English; fluency in a Nordic language (Danish or Swedish) is a strong advantage
